An eshu tale-spinner
Race: Changeling (Kithain)
Seelie Legacy: Wayfarer
Unseelie Legacy: Rogue
Like most eshu, Babette has a love for stories and a talent for telling them. She’d been with Tinker Tailor’s troupe for a few years, and among the trio of ladies that forms her group, she’d emerged as something of a leader. Not that there was much competition… Gilda is only barely clinging to sanity, and Dolly is often preoccupied with her craft or her little sister.
When it was discovered that Tinker Tailor had pretty much enslaved the entirety of his troupe and was turned into a giant, stone statue for it, Babette was freed from her slavery. While she’s grateful to Lishi, who orchestrated the discovery and great revealing of Tinker’s abuse, the road is calling to her eshu blood.
As matters currently stand, she’s eventually looking to part ways with the troupe — now renamed and under new management — and go off on her own way, taking Gilda with her. For now, though, she’ll continue to travel with the troupe. They’ve got plans to go to that caern in Lansing — Chrysallis Corporation — and she wants to meet the Prodigals. Then she wants to see the Sept of the Eighth Sign near Marquette, meet more Prodigals, maybe meet some Nunnehi.
After that… who knows?
